When we first started brainstorming for ideas we realized quickly that we were over thinking the matter quite a bit. Soon though after a while of deliberation we came to the conclusion that we were going to write the paper over how to do a power clean, which is an exercise. We chose this because it was something we all knew how to do, but at the sametime something we knew not everyone else did. When we started writing the paper it came to us alot quicker then we had expected. We were done with the assignment in no time.

After finishing it I realized how important derections are when it comes to doing something you have never done before. There are so many times when there a instructions to something and they are so vague that you cannot make what any of it says.
